CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Enjoy the ride every step of the way. After making your purchase, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log-in to your account at any time to track your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped. That shipping receipt will also contain the tracking number with a link to track your order.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE?

Play Strong Sports accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Pay Pal.

 

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If after tracking your order you are still unable to determine where your order is, please call us at 1-877-299-2993 for assistance.

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?

Style points count, but unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

 

CAN I SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Play Strong Sports offers U.S. Priority Mail service to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. Due to military handling times, we cannot estimate shipping times to APO/FPO addresses. be sure to enter the APO or FPO information in the city field and the Armed Forces code in the State field of the shipping form.

 

DO YOU HAVE A GROUP SALES PROGRAM?

Purchasing Play Strong Sports products for yourself is a great idea. Giving Play Strong Sports products to a group is an even better one. Whether you’re outfitting your family for the reunion, motivating your employees, or gift giving at an event, Play Strong Sport’s Group Sale Program is here to help you select the product(s) that best fit your needs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Please allow 10 days for your order to arrive. We source products from all over the world to bring you epic offers and the lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at sjs@playstrongsports.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
